Before entering real estate, Tracie spent 18 years working with public housing tenants, managing tenancies, maintenance, arrears and the often difficult conversations that come with the role. That experience gave her something most property managers don’t have – a genuine understanding of what both landlords and tenants actually need. She has since backed that experience with formal real estate qualifications.
